Sonic Producer - Online and Mp3 Export Beat Maker
So what is the deal with the Sonic Producer? What is it that makes it one of the best beat makers on the market and also one of the least expensive? These questions can be easily answered if you understand a few things about what makes a beat maker easy to use. It really has to do with a few simple things:
> Online beat maker (no download)
> Converts to mp3 format
> The best selling beat maker for under $29.00
These three things make it very easy to decide this is worth a try and most musicians that decide to give it a try tend to keep it in the repertoire of the tools they use to make music. It's just so convenient to use, and really quite addicting. But we have to keep a couple things in mind.
For one thing, it is all online. This means you cannot download the beat maker to your computer and so will always need a high-speed internet connection.
The another, it converts to mp3. This is great for convenience because you can download the beats to any website or have your fans download the songs in just a few minutes. However, this also takes away some of the sound quality. In fact, mp3's have about 1/8 the sound quality of a CD! That's pretty amazing, however you need to ask yourself an important question: if you're just starting out with making beats, does it really matter?
Other options include the Dub-Turbo beat maker. This is almost a polar opposite of Sonic Producer with a similar interface. The Dub Turbo converts the beats to .wav and it is also down-loadable to your computer (mac and pc friendly).
So it's really up to you to decide. I think both beat makers are great for different reasons but you will have to make the final decision. You can try both Sonic Producer and Dub Turbo out for 90 days so this might be a great way to decide if either of these two inexpensive beat makers are for you.
